1st Fort

I made Logan a fort and him and Janae loved playing in it. The only bad, but funny thing, was when Janae thought the red blanket was a solid wall and did a front flip off the front. I know it was bad to laugh, but I did.

A Road Trip "In Town"

Actually we were just going to Mesa, but it sure feel likes a road trip sometimes. Logan reads the whole time and Janae keeps us entertained with her musical mouth.

I bought the kids some new pjs and I thought they looked so darn cute I had to take pictures and I told Logan to hold Nae Nae aka Janae and this is what I got. Oh it was so cute because he really does love her that much!!

Music Makers

Logan and his Taylor decided to hold hands instead of doing the Hokey Pokey during Music Makers. It was the cutest thing EVER!! I think Logan has found another girlfriend. I think doing this little group is the best idea! Logan loves it!

Grandparents Day

I wanted to put a twist on fruit salad, so I made this. It was so pretty I had to take a picture
We had my parents and my grandpa over for Grandparents Day. It was super fun because they didn't know why they were coming over and I had the house decorated with ballons and streamers and we sang them a song.

ADDICTED!!!!!!!

Seriously, there is something wrong with me. Ever since we got our laptop I am ADDICTED!! Before I got it I was never on our computer, but holy cow I cannot get off!! I think I need help!! There is so much stuff to look at and buy. I am checking out blogs every day, seeing if anyone has updated, and let me tell you no one updates their blog everyday!! And it really makes me sad sometimes! ;) If I told Adam that I am addicted he would laugh at me, because I told him he was crazy for being addicted to video games, but I cannot stop!! So, I am going to start limiting myself. No more computer for the rest of the day! SERIOUSLY...THIS IS OOC!!!

1 + 1 Made a Little One

We are excited to announce that Crystal (Adam's sister) and Kevin after 3 years are expecting!! She is 12 weeks pregnant!! We are super happy for them!! What a beautiful baby!!!! Congratulations!!!




Janae and Aunt Crystal when she was here for Labor Day weekend and she found out the day after they got back she was pregnant!

Wow, that took forever!!

So we went on vacation and I took about 500 pictures and then of course I had to blog them. So I did it and I was so proud of myself because I used Picasa and it shrunk the time down tremendously. I soon found out that the pictures weren't showing up and I did it all backwards so needless to say I had to redo it all the slower way. After a day and a half process I finally finished it. ENJOY!!

3...2...1...BLASTOFF!!

Off we go on our first family vacation to Alabama! We went to visit Adam's brother Raul and his wife Kelly. They are there while Raul does his residency as a doctor. This was our very first airplane ride ever, yeah what a fun adventure...especially with two kids.


After a plane change in Houston we head to New Orleans where Raul & Kelly are going to pick us up.

Pensacola, FL aka Gulf of Mexico

We drove to a beautiful white sandy beach in Florida even though it was cloudy. It wasn’t raining at all, until we got there and then it started pouring. We ate some lunch then went to the beach once the rain stopped. It was still cloudy but we thought we were fine. As we were walking up a lifeguard told us that we are "advised" not to swim since it was lightening and that Pensacola beach had the highest lightening strike deaths in the world, but there wasn't a law to prevent us from staying. Oh yeah, great I thought, we just drove an hour and a half just to leave because we might get killed by some lightening...crazy, but I think I will take the chances, we are going in! We were the only ones on the beach, it was great!! Eventually we left because the police came to get everyone off the beach.

Clear Skies

Adam was so cute with Janae! She was a trooper, even though she swallowed a bunch of water and had been up for 5 hours!!
We decided to try the beach the next day and after some praying we got clear skies! It was beautiful and the kids had a great time. The water was so warm and so calm. Logan kept himself entertained for 3 1/2 hours playing in the sand, while Janae ate sand.

Sailing

We rented a private sailboat and sailed the Gulf of Mexico.

Two dolphins came really close to our boat! It was so cool!!

Early Morning Risers

Of course I am the blessed one that gets to get up with the babies in the morning, but they are adorable so I decided to take some pictures.

Day of Fun!!

We took him to a park that had a train and plane. He loved it!!

Alligator Alley

Next, we went to a really cool place called Alligator Alley. We arrived just on time as the trainer was feeding the alligators. It got pretty wild!! One even started sneaking behind him in the bushes to get some chicken.



Captin Crunch is his name and killing is his game!! He has killed 4 other alligators and eaten his fair share of neighborhood dogs.





We thought we were done, but we weren’t. He then asked us if we wanted to hold an alligator. I didn’t believe him, but we did. This alligator was 2 years old and about 3' long. I held it and that was fine, but then I started singing to him and he didn’t like it so he hissed at me for like 10 seconds. Holy cow that was so scary and I couldn’t drop him even though I was very tempted too!! Janae pet him, but Logan wanted no part in it.
